Project Management Trainee – Test System Development

What Youll Be Doing

• Coordinate test system development projects (from planning to execution)
• Track timelines budgets and manage updates throughout the project
• Connect with engineers partners & other teams both internally and externally
• Support in capacity planning and logistics
• Own the ordering process place coordinate and document purchase orders for components and samples track deliveries and keep the team updated on order status
• Communicate like a pro keeping everyone in the loop and things running smoothly

Qualifications :

What You Bring

• Active student status (full-time university studies)
• Available for min. 20 hours/week for at least a year
• Passion for tech and a sharp eye for detail
• Proactive organized and solution-oriented mindset
• Confident in English both written and spoken

Bonus Points

• Background or hands-on experience in engineering quality or production (especially in automotive)
• Speaking German is a nice plus
• Familiar with managing or assisting in technical projects

• Experience with purchasing or order-handling tools is a plus
