Where Youll Make a Difference

• Act as the primary local finance coordinator and point of contact for statutory reporting compliance and controllership activities across Denmark Sweden and Finland working closely with the Finance Director.

• Coordinate statutory audits manage auditor requests and ensure timely delivery of supporting documentation and audit requirements in partnership with the Finance Director and key stakeholders.

• Support the preparation review and submission of annual financial statements disclosures and statutory reporting packages.

• Partner with Tax Legal Shared Service Center and external auditors to ensure compliance with local regulations and reporting deadlines.

• Monitor and follow up on tax authority correspondence tax audits regulatory inquiries and statutory filing requirements.

• Perform monthly general ledger reviews balance sheet analyses and financial statement variance assessments.

• Support month-end quarter-end and year-end close activities while ensuring key account reconciliations are completed accurately and on time.

• Facilitate finance review meetings with business stakeholders and support the Finance Director on accounting compliance and reporting matters.

• Coordinate Board of Directors approval processes statutory filings governance activities and legal entity compliance requirements.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within controllership audit coordination statutory reporting and compliance processes.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Economics or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting controllership statutory reporting audit coordination or a related finance function.

• Strong understanding of financial reporting balance sheet reviews reconciliations and internal controls.

• Experience coordinating with external auditors tax authorities and regulatory bodies.

• Knowledge of local accounting and statutory reporting requirements within the Nordic region.

• Proven ability to coordinate activities across multiple countries and diverse stakeholder groups.

• Strong project coordination communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems preferably SAP.

• Fluent English language skills both verbal and written.

How Would You Stand Out

• Experience in a multinational corporate environment with regional or global responsibilities.

• Familiarity with Nordic tax regulations and local Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

• Experience supporting statutory audits annual financial statements and regulatory compliance processes.
