Join our Engineering & Quality organization in Nyíregyháza and help ensure that moulds are developed maintained and continuously improved to support stable and efficient this role you will work closely with Engineering & Moulding Manufacturing Quality Ramp Up teams and suppliers to support mould performance across the product lifecycle.

The position is based in Nyíregyháza Hungary.

Core Responsibilities

• Participate in mould repair modification and construction development activities.
• Manage the update of relevant mould documentation in Teamcenter together with the MD Support Team.
• Investigate mould-related issues identify root causes and support supplier claim management when required.
• Provide suggestions for mould construction development and improvements.
• Implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) in moulds.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering & Moulding Manufacturing Quality and local Ramp Up teams as part of the end-to-end process.
• Support problem-solving activities related to individual and departmental KPIs.
• Participate in projects and other business initiatives according to business needs.
• Challenge optimize and improve existing processes and procedures.
• Share knowledge and provide feedback to support individual and team development.

The Engineering & Quality organization is responsible for ensuring robust mould performance supporting mould development activities and enabling continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

As a Moulding Process Manager you will play an important role in securing the flow of new moulds from suppliers through qualification and into production. You will work closely with Engineering & Moulding Manufacturing Quality Ramp Up teams and external suppliers to support mould-related investigations documentation updates claims follow-up activities and construction development initiatives.

You will also contribute to capability building across the organization by supporting training activities knowledge sharing and collaboration across sites helping to strengthen global standards and ways of working.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience within injection moulding.
• Experience with moulds and mould design.
• Experience working with UG NX and Teamcenter.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Knowledge-sharing mindset.

• Experience working with suppliers in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting technical documentation processes.
• Experience participating in projects and cross-functional activities.
