Full-Stack Engineer Java & Angular

As a Full-Stack Engineer you will join the Territory product team and contribute to the evolution of Litteralis Sogelinks SaaS platform dedicated to public domain management.

You will work on strategic modernization initiatives aimed at transforming legacy applications into scalable SaaS modules while helping build the next generation of products used by local authorities across France.

Working within an international team based in France Hungary and Poland you will play an active role in designing building and maintaining high-quality software solutions in a complex and interconnected ecosystem.

Litteralis is Sogelinks SaaS platform dedicated to public domain occupation management.

The platform helps local authorities manage regulatory processes coordinate street works and events and streamline communication between office systems and field operations.

As part of the Territory initiative the team is currently redesigning and modernizing Litteralis Expert to create a unified SaaS ecosystem and support future product growth.

• Develop and enhance full-stack applications using Java Spring Boot Angular and TypeScript.

• Design build and maintain robust REST APIs supporting multiple interconnected applications.

• Contribute to the modernization of existing solutions as part of a strategic SaaS transformation program.

• Support the future integration of mobile applications through scalable backend services.

• Ensure software quality maintainability and performance through engineering best practices.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with developers QA engineers product owners and technical stakeholders across multiple countries.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and proactively propose improvements.

• 3 years of professional experience in software development.

• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.

• Experience developing front-end applications with Angular and TypeScript.

• Good understanding of REST APIs and distributed application architectures.

• Experience working with Git and modern software development practices.

• Agile mindset (Scrum or similar).

• Fluent English communication skills.

• PostgreSQL.

• Linux environments.

• CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI or similar).

• Maven.

• Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.

• Experience working on SaaS products or complex software ecosystems.

• You enjoy solving complex technical challenges.

• You are organized and able to prioritize effectively.

• You can work autonomously while staying closely connected to a distributed team.

• You communicate openly and enjoy collaborating with others.

• You are curious eager to learn and proactive in proposing solutions.
