Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative CSR will support our Regional Sales Managers in administrative and customer-related tasks. The CSR has a key role acting as intermediary between our sales managers our China facility operators and our local customers distributors and reps.

Essential Functions:

• Support Sales Managers with reportings quotes projects follow up customers requests etc.
• Assist the sales operators located in China as needed with daily tasks including but not limited to: Purchase orders registrations and orders modifications follow up with shipments reschedules communicate trackings etc
• Support requests from MPS Now
• Database updates:
  • New Customer accounts creation
  • New Projects registrations and updates
  • Samples requests registrations and shipment follow up
  • Quotations registrations
• Customer payments follow up
• Miscellaneous customer service support tasks: Lead time check stock checks shipment follow up basic product information etc

Requested skills:

• Excellent level in English (both spoken and written)
• Good communication skills
• Self driven
• Team work
