We are seeking an experienced Controlling Manager / FP&A Manager to join our finance team. As a key member of the local finance leadership you will play a critical role in driving financial planning business performance management and decision support. This role goes beyond traditional controlling: you will act as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders ensuring high-quality financial insights forecasting accuracy and continuous improvement of reporting processes.
Key responsibilities:
Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes
Perform variance and GAP analyses identifying key business drivers and risks
Act as finance business partner to business units and leadership
Drive monthly Business Unit review meetings
Ensure timely and accurate group reporting
Develop and enhance management reports KPIs and dashboards
Lead and develop the controlling function
Support internal and external audits
Drive continuous improvement of planning reporting and data quality
Support executive management with financial insights
Play a key role in the completion of the ongoing ERP system transition
Contribute to the design implementation and optimisation of the new ERP environment
Ensure alignment between ERP structure and reporting and business requirements
Support business adoption and ensure data quality across systems
To thrive in this role you need to have:
58 years experience in controlling / FP&A / finance business partnering
Degree in Finance Accounting or related field
Strong understanding of P&L forecasting and performance management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel and Power BI knowledge (DAX) SQL is an advantage
Leadership or people management experience is a plus
