Where Youll Make a Difference

• Execute month-end quarter-end and year-end close activities to support accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Prepare and post journal entries including accruals prepayments amortizations and reclassifications.

• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve outstanding items in a timely manner.

• Analyze Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet fluctuations providing meaningful insights and identifying potential risks.

• Monitor and clear suspense accounts Goods Received/Invoice Received (GRIR) accounts and intercompany transactions.

• Support fixed asset lease and inventory accounting activities in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Collaborate with Controllership Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Tax Treasury Accounts Payable and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.

• Prepare supporting documentation for internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.

• Drive continuous improvement by supporting standardization automation process documentation and transition projects.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.

• 25 years of experience in accounting finance or a Shared Services environment.

• Solid understanding of general accounting principles and financial reporting processes.

• Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP Oracle or similar platforms.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution.

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills in a global environment.

• Ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple deadlines and perform well in a fast-paced setting.

• Commitment to quality compliance and continuous improvement.

How Would You Stand Out

• Experience working in a Shared Service Center (SSC) or Global Business Services (GBS) organization.

• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) or local GAAP requirements.

• Experience with BlackLine or similar reconciliation and automation tools and/or progress toward a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA CPA or CIMA.
