As a VIP Travel Manager youll become a trusted travel expert for members who expect exceptional service every time.

Youll:

• Design personalised leisure travel experiences tailored to each members preferences.
• Arrange first-class business-class scheduled low-cost and charter flight bookings.
• Create complex multi-destination itineraries across Asia Europe and worldwide destinations.
• Secure luxury hotels exclusive upgrades private transfers and unique experiences.
• Build long-term relationships by understanding each members travel style and preferences.
• Use your commercial expertise to recommend the best travel solutions while delivering outstanding value.
• Collaborate with global suppliers to unlock exclusive opportunities.
• Manage multiple travel requests with accuracy speed and attention to detaileven during evenings and weekends when required.

Were looking for someone with:

• Fluency in English Mandarin and Cantonese (written and spoken).
• Experience working for a travel agency tour operator airline online travel company or luxury concierge service.
• Recent Amadeus GDS experience (preferred).
• A strong background in customer-facing service.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• The confidence to work with VIP and High-Net-Worth clients.
• Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive resourceful mindset that enjoys finding creative solutions.
