Sales Executive / Sales Trainee (10-month contract) - Interventional Oncology

Responsibilities

• Develop further as professional sales rep by acquiring working knowledge and selling techniques focusing on Interventional Oncology specialty. Able to tackle a variety of issues general knowledge in medical device industry (BSC and competitors).
• Responsible for Interventional Oncology specialty and critical care. Target customers include surgeon radiologist oncologist.
• Visit customers and/or potential customers of Boston Scientific on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services to achieve monthly quarterly and yearly sales targets assigned.
• Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory under general supervision of the Manager.
• With limited instructions of Manager plan and develop the market for our existing and new products according with divisional goals and objectives through execution while optimize available tools (consignment etc).
• Job duties include technical support and sales activities. Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers directly in the field
• Cultivate wide range of business relationships with hospital management purchasing department and hospital staff.
• Attend meetings conferences and exhibitions as required to promote Boston Scientific products and services.
• Analyze and report to the Manager and/or others (monthly & year basis) the market and business feedback by using all available support tools.
• To represent Boston Scientific values and integrity.
• Upon request may lead a project team of moderate scope.

Academic Background

• Bachelors degree in Biomedical / Biomedical Engineer / Biomedical Science
• Science disipline is required

Seniority Level

• At least 1 year of sales experience medical or pharma industry is preferred. Candidates with less experience or fresh grad are welcome to apply our 10-months sales Trainee program.
• Equipped with Medial Knowledge is preferred.
