Job Summary
Were looking for a Python Engineer to join a Risk Technology team within a leading financial institution building applications and data services supporting risk analytics financial reporting and financial workflows.
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable Python applications REST APIs and microservices
- Build data-processing solutions for financial and risk analytics
- Work with SQL Kafka Airflow/Flink and modern data platforms
- Integrate with enterprise systems trading platforms and market data
- Collaborate with Risk Treasury Product Control and Execution teams
- Participate in code reviews testing CI/CD and production support
Requirements
- At least5 years of software engineering experience
- Strong Python development skills
- Experience with REST APIs microservices and SQL
- Exposure to Kafka Airflow Flink or similar technologies
- Experience with financial data analytics or data platforms
- Financial services experience is highly preferred
- Exposure to React/TypeScript is a plus
