Operations Project Manager

We are partnering with a specialized global financial services consulting firm renowned for its market-leading presence and complex high-impact institutional banking operations.

The team

You will be embedded within a high-visibility change and transformation environment working closely with cross-functional business technology operations and third-party stakeholders to steer strategic initiatives.

The role

We are looking for a Project Manager in Markets and Securities Services Operations to lead end-to-end project delivery manage comprehensive governance and workstream integration and drive critical business and regulatory transformations from initiation through to closure.

The requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex projects in a regulated environment ideally within financial services
• Strong project management capability encompassing project planning RAID management governance reporting and stakeholder management with a delivery mindset
• Experience working on complex transformation programmes across front-to-back markets and securities services processes (Product Operations Technology Product Control Risk/Controls)
• Strong track record delivering business regulatory and/or technology change with a clear understanding of operating model impacts
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence across levels manage competing priorities and drive decisions at pace
• Strong risk and control awareness with experience operating within formal governance and documentation standards
• Relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience (e.g. PMP PRINCE2 Agile certification) is preferred
