Head of Sourcing WB& SDA

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to drive cost savings and operational efficiencies across the organization in alignment with Global Strategy
• Manage the organizations supply portfolio and finances and ensure transparency in spending.
• Lead the sourcing and procurement activities for the assigned categories of products
• Manage supplier relationships negotiations and contract management to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
• Analyze market trends and leverage industry knowledge to identify opportunities for strategic sourcing improvements.
• Research and anticipate the negotiating powers of suppliers.
• Identify possible sourcing risks and avoid or minimize them.
• Discover and start partnerships with trustworthy vendors and build positive long-lasting relationships with them.
• Forecasting: Forecast future sourcing needs and trends to develop strategic sourcing plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives and operational requirements.
