The Role

What Youll Do

• Design and implement healthcare analytics solutions from start to finish.
• Analyze healthcare data to uncover trends opportunities and actionable insights.
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that clients rely on.
• Partner with clients to understand their needs and translate them into analytics solutions.
• Work with engineers data scientists and other teams to deliver quality results.
• Train clients and internal teams on how to use analytics effectively.
• Support innovation by identifying new ways analytics and AI can add value.

What You Need

• 710 years in healthcare analytics data science or health tech.
• Bachelors degree (advanced degree preferred).
• Strong ability to turn complex data into clear actionable insights.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and delivery focus.
• Cantonese a plus.
