Analyst Programmer (PowerBI SQL, contract)

Job Duties:

• Hands-on experience in the design and development of applications using SQL Power BI
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.
• Conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis to determine the best technology solutions for the organization.
• Designing developing and implementing software systems and applications.
• Conducting system testing and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and performance.
• Providing technical guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase.
• Evaluating existing systems and recommending improvements or enhancements.
• Creating system documentation including user manuals technical specifications and training materials
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems across different departments or business units.
• Monitoring system performance identifying bottlenecks or issues and implementing necessary solutions or optimizations.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend innovative solutions for the organization.
• Managing & Mentoring junior developers in best practices for system analysis and design.

Requirement:

• Bachelors degree in Information Computer Science Business Analytics Statistics or related disciplines
• Strong business senses Excellent in problem-solving and detail-minded and work as a team
• Proactive independent and quick learner.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• 1-3 years of experiences in system development with hands-on SQL ETL and PowerBI experiences
