Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Chief Cleaner / Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee cleaning and housekeeping activities for residential properties in Guinea West Africa.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of professional house cleaning housekeeping standards hygiene and the ability to supervise and coordinate cleaning staff.
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning and housekeeping activities.
- Allocate cleaning duties to housekeeping and cleaning staff.
- Ensure bedrooms bathrooms kitchens living areas and other spaces are cleaned to a high standard.
- Monitor cleanliness hygiene and overall presentation of the house.
- Train and guide cleaning staff on proper cleaning methods and procedures.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals equipment and supplies.
- Maintain adequate stock of cleaning materials and report requirements to management.
- Inspect completed cleaning work and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate deep cleaning regular cleaning and special cleaning requirements.
- Maintain proper housekeeping schedules and checklists.
- Ensure laundry and basic housekeeping duties are completed as required.
- Report maintenance issues damages or shortages to management.
- Maintain a clean organized safe and hygienic working environment.
- Ensure confidentiality professionalism and respect for the privacy of residents and guests.
Candidates with experience working in large private residences villas luxury homes hotels or high-standard residential properties will be preferred.
Required Skills:
Minimum 35 years of experience in professional housekeeping residential cleaning or a similar role. Previous experience as a Chief Cleaner Housekeeping Supervisor Cleaning Supervisor or Senior Cleaner is preferred. Strong knowledge of residential cleaning procedures and hygiene standards. Experience supervising or leading cleaning staff. Good knowledge of cleaning products equipment and safe handling procedures. Good organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Professional trustworthy responsible and well-presented. Ability to work in a multicultural environment. Willingness to relocate and work in Guinea West Africa.
