100% Remote (within Greece )
MondayFriday with occasional weekend shifts
Rotating shifts (10:00 22:00)
Full-time contract
Your Role
Assist customers via phone email & chat with product inquiries purchases deliveries returns refunds & general support mainly in French (plus English when needed ).
Requirements
EU citizenship required
French C1
English B2
Basic PC skills
Strong communication & multitasking skills
No experience required (customer service is a plus)
