Reports to: Head of Warehouse

Purpose of the Role:Support the smooth and efficient execution of daily warehouse and logistics operations ensuring accurate order processing documentation and transportation planning.

• Issue delivery notes and invoices
• Process and enter customer orders in the system
• Coordinate incoming goods imports and loading activities
• Plan and coordinate transportation routes and daily deliveries
• Monitor and maintain key logistics and transportation KPIs
• Support ISO-related processes and documentation concerning warehouse operations
• Handle external tasks related to warehouse operational needs when required
• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the smooth and timely execution of daily logistics operations

• High School Diploma
• 2-5 years of previous experience in a similar role preferably within a warehouse or logistics environment
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
• Good knowledge of MS Office particularly Word and Excel
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong organizational skills reliability and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize plan and effectively manage daily operational tasks
