Travel Support Representative – Remote in Greece

As a German-Speaking Travel Support Specialist you will be the trusted voice guiding travelers through every step of their journeybefore during and after their trips. If you love travel problem-solving and providing world-class customer service in a dynamic international team this role is for you!

As the first point of contact for international travelers you will deliver top-tier support via phone email and live chat.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Assisting travelers with flight hotel and package bookings modifications and cancellations.
• Resolving inquiries regarding refunds payment clarifications and billing.
• Managing travel-related issues and delivering effective service recovery with empathy and speed.
• Supporting travel partners and extranet accounts with listing and reservation queries.
• Responding to customer reviews and general destination inquiries.
• Handling interactions primarily in German with English overflow (volume varies based on daily demand). English is also used for internal tools systems and team communication.

• German: Fluent to native-level (C1 minimum) strong written and verbal communication skills.
• English: B2 proficiency (required for training internal tools and English-speaking overflow contacts).
• Customer-centric mindset with empathy active listening and strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced digital environment with multiple tools and screens.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts covering operational service hours (Monday to Sunday 08:00 00:00).
• EU/EEA citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece.

• Base Salary: 1300 gross / month (14 salaries per year under Greek labor law).
• Performance Bonus: Up to 10% of monthly gross salary based on achievable KPIs.
