Remote Greece (candidates must be based in Greece) French (native/C1) 1045.72 gross/month up to 200 bonus 8-month contract

Support French-speaking customers of a global payments leader by phone chat and email from your own home. Start on the front line then grow into back-office work.

• Work from home: remote with relocation support available for candidates outside Greece
• Earn more: up to 200 productivity bonus on top of your base salary (subject to targets)
• Built-in raises: 1100 gross after 12 months 1150 gross after 3 years
• Proper training: a 2-week nesting period with the first week on-site in Athens
• Grow your skills: move from frontline support into back-office tasks and gain financial services experience
• Global team: work with an international brand and about 10 professional client tools

• Help French-speaking customers with lost or stolen cards card benefits rejected purchases and balance checks
• Log every interaction accurately in the CRM
• Handle around 10-20 cases per day
• Later take on email and social media support

• Native-level or C1 French
• B1 English
• 2 years of call center experience (financial services is a big plus )
• Strong written communication good PC skills and multitasking ability

• Rotating shifts on a 24/7 account including about two weekends per month and occasional night shifts
• 8-month contract
