Role Overview

The Senior Manager Data Loading is responsible for leading a team responsible for Data Acquisition & Receipt Ingestion & Staging Data Validation & Quality Control Anomaly Detection Release Assembly and Delivery to Platform.

The primary objective of this role is to enable the rapid scalable and high-quality onboarding of retailer data. Success is measured by the organizations ability to onboard more data sources faster while maintaining data quality and operational reliability.

This leader is accountable for operational performance and is responsible for continuously evaluating existing processes identifying bottlenecks and challenging ways of working that limit speed scalability or productivity. Working closely with Product Technology and Engineering teams the role defines operational requirements and drives improvements that increase capacity quality and efficiency.

The successful candidate combines strong people leadership operational excellence and a technology and innovation mindset. They are comfortable leveraging automation AI and modern tools to improve execution increase capacity and support growth without compromising quality.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Loading team and deliver onboarding commitments.
• Drive onboarding speed quality throughput and operational performance.
• Identify bottlenecks and define process technology and automation requirements that improve scalability.
• Partner with Product Technology and Engineering teams to improve delivery outcomes.
• Build develop and lead a high-performing team focused on execution continuous improvement and professional growth.

• Number of data sources successfully onboarded.
• Onboarding cycle time.
• Data quality and delivery performance.
• Reduction in manual effort.
• Scalability without proportional headcount growth.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Computer Science Information Systems Data Analytics or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5 years of progressive experience in Data Operations Production Operations Analytics Operations or related operational environments.
• Experience leading operational teams and delivering business-critical outcomes.
• Demonstrated success improving operational performance productivity quality or scalability.
• Ability to identify operational bottlenecks and translate them into actionable improvement opportunities.
• Experience partnering effectively with Product Technology and Engineering teams.
• Strong problem-solving communication and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and evolving environments.

Qualifications for Success

• Experience scaling onboarding production or operational capabilities.
• Demonstrated success driving process improvement automation or operational transformation initiatives.
• Practical experience applying AI automation or digital tools to improve productivity and business outcomes.
• Ability to translate operational challenges into business requirements and technology priorities.
