The Sales Support Trainee will assist with operational activities for the Key Accounts and Public Sector segments ensuring CRM operational excellence and coordinating event participation planning according to event agendas.
Duties:
1.KA Sales Process Support: create and update documents for new sales and upsell/crosssell opportunities prepare proposals adapt presentations and collect KYC documentation.
2.Public Tenders Support: perform presubmission tasks analyze requirements coordinate with Product on specifications and work with Legal to ensure timely preparation of tender documents.
3.Event Planning: prepare and maintain guest and participation lists consolidating contacts by segment to streamline event involvement.
4.CRM Management: maintain update and audit customer records and contact details in Salesforce.
