Reporting to the Operational Quality Manager your Key Responsibilities tasks includebut are not limited to the following:

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Designdevelopand continuously improve manufacturing processes and practices to ensure product qualityreliabilityand cost efficiency.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce Cost of Non-Quality (CoNQ) improve productperformanceand enhance manufacturing effectiveness.

• Manage material qualification performance evaluation deltaqualificationsand change validation activities in collaboration with R&D and production teams.

• Monitor and optimize critical production parametersidentifyprocessvariabilityand implement actions to ensure stable and consistent quality results.

• Support process validation new productintroductionand manufacturing changes to ensure compliance with defined standardsspecificationsand tolerances.

• Analyze production and quality dataidentifyroot causes ofissuesand lead structured problem-solving activities (e.g. RCA 8D) and CAPA implementation.

• Strengthen in-process quality control systems by improving control plans inspectionmethodsand quality procedures.

• Conduct manufacturing process audits ensure compliance with standards and provide guidance and training on quality practices.

• Act as Quality Representative in Production Performance Dialogue Meetings collaborating closely with productionengineeringand quality teams.

• Office-based across company facilities in Athens with occasional travel to suppliers customers or partners asrequired.

Your Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Materials Science Quality Management ora relatedtechnical field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Manufacturing Engineering Process Engineering or Operations.

• Solid knowledge of quality toolsmethodologiesand concepts with experience in problem-solving techniques (e.g. Root Cause Analysis 8D CAPA).

• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is considered an advantage.

• Good understanding of material behavior product performancecharacteristicsand manufacturing processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability toidentifyissues analyzedataand drive improvement actions.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Production Engineering R&D and Quality.

• Proficiencyin MS Office applications.

• Fluency in Greek and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
