Work Model: Remote from anywhere within Greece
Languages: Portuguese & English
Schedule: Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts
Working Hours: Rotating shifts between 08:00 and 22:00
Contract: Initial 8-month contract
Relocation: Relocation support provided

As a Search Quality Agent you will analyze search queries keywords landing pages and online content evaluating how accurately results match user intent. Your work will help improve digital experiences and the relevance of advertising and search content.

• Analyze and extract relevant information from online content.
• Evaluate search results based on relevance intent and quality.
• Reproduce queries keywords and landing pages to assess results.
• Rate search outcomes according to established quality guidelines.
• Provide constructive feedback on search quality.
• Write review and optimize advertising text and extensions.
• Implement adjustments according to established processes and quality standards.
• Develop strong expertise in search quality evaluation.
• Consider cultural industry and market contexts when evaluating digital content.

• Native-level or C1 fluency in Portuguese.
• C1 level of English for training resources and internal communication.
• Previous experience of 612 months in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Good PC skills including browsers internet applications and spreadsheets.
• Strong cultural awareness.
• Basic understanding of marketing and SEO concepts.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.

A comprehensive onboarding process is provided including a 5-day training program:
