Portuguese-speaking Content Moderator Agent

Location: Athens Greece

Work Model: On-site

Schedule: Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts

Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:00

We are looking for a Portuguese-speaking Content Moderator Agent to join an international team in Athens this role you will help maintain a safe and positive online environment by reviewing user-generated content enforcing community standards and supporting users across multiple channels.

Review and moderate user-generated content in line with platform policies

Investigate and act on reports of abuse harassment and policy violations

Provide user support via chat email and outbound calls

Assist with account-related and payment-related inquiries

Contribute to maintaining a safe and respectful online environment

Native or fluent Portuguese (C1)

Good English communication skills (B2-C1)

Previous experience in customer support content moderation BPO or a related field is an advantage

EU citizenship or valid EU work authorization required
