Location: Athens Greece (Full Relocation Support Provided)

Work Setup: On-Site

Schedule: Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend shifts) rotating shifts between 10:00 and 02:00

In this role you will play a critical part in maintaining online safety reviewing user-generated content and supporting digital communities while building your career in a vibrant multicultural environment.

• Review and moderate user-generated content (text images and videos) to ensure platform safety and community compliance.
• Handle user safety reports with efficiency accuracy and sound judgment.
• Provide user support across multiple communication channels including chat email and calls.
• Assist with data evaluation to help improve and train AI systems.
• Handle sensitive complex or emotionally challenging material with resilience and professionalism.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent or Native Portuguese (C1 level minimum) and strong English skills (B2/C1 level).
• Experience: 13 years of experience in BPO customer support or content moderation is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with a minimum of 85% accuracy.
• Core Competencies: Strong decision-making abilities attention to detail and emotional resilience when managing sensitive content.
