Job Details
Location: Greece 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece
Working Schedule: 5 days per week 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:0000:00
Languages: Italian C1/C2 English B2
Compensation: 1045 gross/month x 14 salaries Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement Fully paid training from day one
Relocation Package: Flight ticket 2 weeks of hotel accommodation Airport pickup Real estate agency fee covered

Your Responsibilities

You will:

• Provide customer support in Italian via phone email and chat.
• Handle customer inquiries and account-related requests.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Assist customers with products services and platform features.
• Document interactions accurately and follow quality standards.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Fluent Italian C1/C2 level
• English B2 for training and internal communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems digital tools and multiple applications
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international multicultural team
