Could you be the full-time Industrial Quality Engineer in Greece Thessaloniki were looking for

Your future role:

Take on a new challenge and apply your quality engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative driven and innovative teammates.

Youll play a vital role in ensuring our maintenance and service operations meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (manufacturing supply chain and supplier quality) lead quality activities at the workshop level and perform inspections to ensure compliance with our Zero Defect ambition.

Youll specifically take care of monitoring product quality before delivery and managing non-conformities but also driving root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Well look to you for:

  • Leading Industrial Quality activities at the workshop level including processes KPIs and team coordination
  • Monitoring product quality and ensuring compliance before delivery
  • Stopping production in case of critical defects and leading resolution actions
  • Performing inspections and participating in customer joint inspections
  • Managing non-conformities (NCRs) and driving root cause analysis
  • Developing and improving Quality Control Plans based on lessons learned
  • Supporting manufacturing teams with quality guidance and self-inspections
  • Executing incoming inspections and collaborating with Supply Chain & Supplier Quality teams
  • Driving continuous improvement through data analysis and KPI tracking

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering
  • Experience in quality manufacturing or maintenance environments
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving methodologies
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 / IRIS or similar standards
  • Ability to work with data and make fact-based decisions
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in railway or heavy industry (desired)
  • Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement tools (desired)
  • Experience with ERP / digital quality systems (desired)
