About the Position

As a German-Speaking Customer Service Agent you will provide professional support to customers and partners within the global travel industry.

You will be the first point of contact for customers assisting them with reservations payments cancellations modifications refunds and general account-related inquiries. You will also support business partners with account-related questions and help ensure a smooth experience throughout the booking journey.

The role combines B2C customer support and B2B partner support in a dynamic international environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support via phone email and messaging in German and English.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to accounts and existing reservations.
  • Handle payment-related questions and customer complaints.
  • Process cancellation and reservation modification requests.
  • Process refunds and provide appropriate solutions to customer concerns.
  • Support partners with Extranet account inquiries.
  • Manage customer reviews and provide relevant information when requested.
  • Deliver clear accurate and empathetic communication throughout each interaction.
  • Handle multiple customer cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and follow established procedures.
Requirements
  • Native-level or C1 proficiency in German.
  • B2 proficiency in English for training internal communication system use and overflow support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relatively advanced PC knowledge including Windows basic troubleshooting and keyboard shortcuts.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • No previous experience required.
  • Previous experience in a contact center customer service hospitality or travel environment is considered an advantage.
