As a German-Speaking Customer Service Agent you will be a key point of contact for customers of a leading international telecommunications provider.
You will provide professional customer service and technical support for mobile telephony and fiber-optic landline services. The role combines customer care technical troubleshooting billing support and sales and retention activities.
You will handle inbound calls and emails with potential outbound interactions helping customers find effective solutions while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Provide customer service and technical support for mobile and fiber-optic services.
- Handle inquiries related to internet TV network issues roaming and account access.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through appropriate solutions.
- Assist with questions regarding invoices payments and order status.
- Manage customer requests related to contracts and services.
- Promote relevant additional services and packages through cross-selling and upselling.
- Handle contract renewals and communicate new offers to existing customers.
- Support customer retention by addressing concerns and providing suitable solutions.
- Handle inbound calls and emails and potentially make outbound calls.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and professional support.
- Follow established procedures and quality standards.
- Native-level or C1 proficiency in German.
- B2 proficiency in English for training and internal communication.
- Previous experience in customer support technical support or sales is highly valued.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Good PC knowledge and confidence using digital tools.
- Familiarity with mobile devices and telecommunications services is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
