German Language Customer Support Specialist Greece
Location: Greece
We are currently hiring Customer Support Specialists to join international teams in Greece. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in a multicultural environment while providing high-quality customer support for globally recognized brands.

- Provide customer support via phone email and chat
- Assist customers with product account and service-related inquiries
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team when required
- Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems
- Deliver an excellent customer experience while meeting quality standards
- Communication skills in German language (C1 level or above)
- Good English communication skills (B2 level or above)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable working with computers and internal systems
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Candidates applying from outside Greece must have the legal right to work in Greece or be eligible for the available relocation support
