What youll do

• Support German-speaking customers by phone email and chat
• Help with product questions orders and troubleshooting
• Deliver clear empathetic solution-focused service
• Log every interaction accurately in the CRM
• Work with internal teams to improve the customer journey

What you need

• German at B2 level or higher (native speakers very welcome)
• English B2 for training and internal communication
• A customer-first attitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently from home
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece
