Dutch-Speaking Technical Support Agent
Work Model: Hybrid
Location: Athens Greece
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Technical Support Agent to provide professional technical assistance and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
- Assist customers with setup and installation.
- Provide pre-sales product advice.
- Manage repair requests and follow up on cases.
- Explain product features settings and configurations.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the support process.
Requirements:
- C1 level proficiency in Dutch.
- B2 level proficiency in English for training CRM and knowledge base utilization.
- No prior experience required; previous customer support experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
