Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Representative – Greece
Job Summary
Move to Athens (possibility of WFH after traiining and get paid properly for your Dutch. 1500 EUR per month (x14 salaries) (gross).
Day to day you will be our client CSG Customer and service Guest. These teams handle guest-facing support (booking issues cancellations questions problem resolution) via phone email and chat. Its high-volume guest support not hotel/partner client is a global customer-experience outsourcing company providing contact-centre tech-support sales and digital CX services for major brands worldwide. They run large multilingual service operations across 20 countries. Workking schedule: MonSun 09 AM - 12 AM (midnight) shift rotation. IMPORTANT: relocators who use companys relocaiton package are now also able to WFH after initial training period & upon securing stabile internet connection at their own place of residence! Training period - 3 weeks.
1500 EUR per month (x14 salaries) (gross)
Greek contracts pay 14 salaries a year so the annual total is meaningfully higher than monthly 12.
The package covers 50 EUR meal allowance performance bonus (4-11% after training period) and extra payment and Sunday & public holidays work as well shifts extending after 10 PM!.
- Willingness to work in shifts (including weekends if required)
- Good computer literacy and ability to learn CRM tools quickly
- Excellent communication skills and positive service-oriented attitude
- Customer-facing experience (customer service hospitality retail or similar)
- Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good English (B2)
To help you make the move: relocation package: 300 EUR gross after completion of the training 3 weeks hotel accommodation assistance with the legal paperwork to work in Greece.
