Join a leading global financial technology company as a Dutch-Speaking Customer Expert supporting customers in the Netherlands and Belgium.
In this remote role you will be the first point of contact for customers handling inquiries and complaints through voice email and messaging channels. You will assist with a variety of payment account and buyer/seller protection issues while ensuring accurate and professional solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your customer service expertise within an international fintech environment.
- Handle and resolve inbound customer inquiries and complaints from customers in the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Provide support through voice email and messaging channels.
- Assist with issues related to declined payments and account access.
- Handle buyer and seller protection claims.
- Provide clear and accurate information and solutions to customers.
- Collaborate with senior Customer Experts on complex cases.
- Support the handling of fraud-related inquiries and sensitive customer situations.
- Navigate multiple systems and communication channels efficiently.
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Follow established procedures and accurately document customer interactions.
- C1 proficiency in Dutch.
- B2 proficiency in English for training and internal communication.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good PC skills and ability to work efficiently across multiple systems.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- No previous experience is strictly required.
- Approximately 1 year of experience in a call center or financial institution is considered an advantage.
- Comprehensive onboarding process including a 10-day client onboarding period before training.
- Extensive training with an integral nesting period.
- Structured support throughout the learning curve.
- The role involves mastering a large knowledge base with full development expected over approximately six months.
- Monthly online team activities and occasional in-person team gatherings.

This is a remote opportunity available within Greece allowing you to work from home while being part of an international team.
