We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Support Agent to provide outstanding customer service and professional assistance to customers via multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via phone and email.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Provide clear and accurate information while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Use strong problem-solving skills to assist with basic technical or product-related questions.

Requirements:

• Native-level or C1 proficiency in Danish.
• B2 level English for internal communication and training.
• Strong PC/computer knowledge.
• Basic general technical/mechanical understanding.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
