Day to day you will be managing customer requests via phone email and chat providing accurate information about vehicle models services and features offering expert support and roadside assistance when needed handling inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner collaborating with your team to continuously improve service standards promoting a positive customer experience and building brand loyalty and supporting clients with empathy clarity and expert communication.

Greek contracts pay 14 salaries a year so the annual total is meaningfully higher than monthly 12.
