Position Overview & Corporate Mission
We are looking for a fluent Czech speaker to join our premier customer care team as a Remote Support this role you will do much more than manage routine customer ticketsyou will serve as the empathetic human connection for a globally recognized pioneering technology brand.
Working completely from your personal home office you will champion the brand by assisting users with new device installations troubleshooting software glitches and safeguarding their accounts. We value compassion emotional intelligence and interpersonal warmth just as highly as technical capability. Your primary goal is to actively listen to stressed users and leverage your knowledge to turn frustrating technical hurdles into exceptional positive brand moments.
Core Responsibilities & Daily Operations
As a Remote Support Specialist your daily workflow will involve:
- Omnichannel Communication: Delivering high-quality assistance to Czech-speaking customers across telephone lines live web chat and email correspondence.
- Technical Diagnostics: Providing clear step-by-step guidance to resolve issues regarding hardware devices software applications cloud storage systems digital subscriptions and cross-device data syncing.
- Relationship Building: Practicing active listening to pinpoint user needs while upholding a permanent standard of patience politeness and professionalism.
- Ticket Management: Taking full ownership of your assigned support cases ensuring all consumer commitments are fulfilled and routing highly complex technical bugs to advanced support tiers.
- Information Logging: Carefully documenting the specifics of every customer interaction within our CRM system to keep an accurate history of support inquiries.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
Linguistic & Technical Profile
- Language Skills: Native or near-native (C1/C2 level) command of the Czech language combined with a strong upper-intermediate to advanced proficiency (B2/C1 level) in English for training manuals and corporate communications.
- Digital Comfort: A formal degree in computer science is not required but you must be highly proficient in navigating smartphones tablets and different operating systems.
- Interpersonal Excellence: A naturally warm communicator who genuinely likes helping people and maintains a positive solutions-oriented attitude.
- Prior Background: Previous experience in call centers BPO environments or technical helpdesks is a plus but completely optional.
Mandatory Remote Criteria
- Residency & Legal Status: You must currently live in Portugal hold a valid Portuguese tax number (NIF) and possess full legal authorization to work in the country (Citizen EU passport or valid residence/work permit).
