Customer Advisor – German

A leading global customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Athens Greece and is hiring for the role of Customer Advisor. You will support customers of a large international bank with everyday banking questions. As a German-speaking specialist you will be the friendly professional voice of the company for its customers handling contacts by phone.

• Handle incoming customer contacts in German by phone
• Understand each customer's need and give accurate complete answers using the right tools
• Build trust through clear friendly and professional communication
• Document every interaction accurately in the company's systems
• Contribute to your team's quality productivity and customer-satisfaction targets

• Native or fluent German (C1) and good English (B2) spoken and written
• Proven customer-service or contact-centre experience across phone chat and email
• Strong active-listening and written-communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Strong multitasking skills across several systems in a fast-paced setting

• Salary: 1300 gross per month (paid in 14 salaries per year)
• Performance bonus of up to 10% per month
• Welcome bonus: 100 gross per month for the first 12 months
• Project bonus: 50 gross per month
• Anniversary bonus: 500

• Working hours: MondaySunday 09:0023:00 (rotating shifts)
