Customer Advisor – French

A leading global customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Athens Greece and is hiring for the role of Customer Advisor. The team supports restaurant owners and staff who use a hospitality-technology (SaaS) platform from technical questions to billing. As a French-speaking specialist you will be the friendly professional voice of the company for its customers handling contacts by email phone live chat and messaging apps.

• Handle incoming customer contacts in French by email phone live chat and messaging apps
• Understand each customer's need and give accurate complete answers using the right tools
• Build trust through clear friendly and professional communication
• Document every interaction accurately in the company's systems
• Contribute to your team's quality productivity and customer-satisfaction targets

• Native or fluent French (C1) and good English (B2) spoken and written
• Customer service or hospitality experience
• Excellent communication and active-listening skills
• Comfortable with phone email and chat support
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Already living in Greece (this role is for local candidates only)

• Salary: 1050 gross per month (paid in 14 salaries per year)
• Performance bonus of up to 10% per month

• Working hours: MondaySunday 09:3019:00 (rotating shifts)
