Customer Advisor – Dutch

A leading global customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Athens Greece and is hiring for the role of Customer Advisor. You will support customers of a leading global online travel platform by phone email and chat helping with booking questions changes and cancellations. As a Dutch-speaking specialist you will be the friendly professional voice of the company for its customers handling contacts by phone email and live chat.

• Handle incoming customer contacts in Dutch by phone email and live chat
• Understand each customer's need and give accurate complete answers using the right tools
• Build trust through clear friendly and professional communication
• Document every interaction accurately in the company's systems
• Contribute to your team's quality productivity and customer-satisfaction targets

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1) and good English (B2) spoken and written
• Customer-facing experience (customer service hospitality retail or similar)
• Excellent communication skills and a positive service-oriented attitude
• Good computer literacy and the ability to learn CRM tools quickly
• Willingness to work shifts including weekends when required

• Salary: 1500 gross per month (paid in 14 salaries per year)
• Meal allowance: 50
• Performance bonus of 411% after the training period
• Extra pay for Sunday public-holiday and late-evening (after 10 PM) shifts
• Structured training programme (3 weeks) before you start on the live team

• 300 gross relocation payment after completing the training
• 3 weeks of hotel accommodation
• Assistance with the legal paperwork needed to work in Greece
• After training WFH is possible once you have a stable internet connection at your own home

• Location: Athens Greece on-site in the office; working from home is possible after the initial training once you have a stable home internet connection
• Working hours: MondaySunday 09:0024:00 (rotating shifts)
