Base Salary
Amount: 1300.00 Gross / month
Monthly Accommodation Bonus (First 12 Months Only)
Amount: 130.00 Gross / month
Food Allowance (Working Days)
Amount: Up to 80 per monday
Benefit: Taxi reimbursement when shifts end after 00:00
Amount: Up to 15% of gross salary
Condition: Based on achieving performance targets

About the Role
Join a high-impact GenAI operations team supporting one of the worlds largest tech platforms. Your mission is to help maintain platform integrity label data and support AI model training used by millions of users globally.





What You Will Do
Review and moderate German-language content (comments posts captions videos)
Label data to support machine-learning and GenAI development
Evaluate user-generated content based on platform policies
Provide accurate and timely decisions in platform safety workflows
Assist with transcription tasks and semantic tagging
Apply policies considering cultural context idioms slang and pop-culture knowledge




Profile We Seek
Experience

Previous experience in customer support content moderation or digital operations is valued
Experience in B2C or B2B environments is an advantage
Skills

Strong written communication in German
Critical thinking & problem-solving mindset
Comfortable working in fast-paced digital environments
Adaptability and high attention to detail
Typing speed 30 WPM with 85% accuracy

Salary increase: Αfter the completion of 12 Months of cooperation starting from your hiring date a salary increase of 1100.00 (applicable from the first available payroll cycle following the completion of the timeframe)
After the completion of 3 years of employment the gross salary increases to 1150.00. (applicable from the first available payroll cycle following the completion of the timeframe)
