As a Brazilian Portuguese-Speaking Content Integrity Agent you will help ensure a safe and positive online experience for users. You will review user-generated content across different platforms assess content and interactions against established policies and take appropriate action when violations are identified.

The role also includes providing user support through chat email and outbound calls. You will have opportunities for cross-skilling and professional development in an international environment.

• Review and moderate user-generated content including posts comments videos and advertisements
• Ensure content complies with community standards and platform policies
• Investigate user reports involving abuse harassment and other policy violations
• Evaluate online interactions and virtual environments for inappropriate or prohibited content
• Identify content involving offensive language prohibited goods graphic material or other violations
• Provide user support via chat email and outbound calls
• Assist with account management and payment-related inquiries
• Contribute to data-gathering activities supporting machine-learning initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams on policy-related matters
• Adapt to changing policies procedures and workflows

• Native-level or C1 Brazilian Portuguese
• B2 English or higher for training and internal communication
• Previous experience in customer support BPO or content moderation is preferred
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong cultural awareness of the target market
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute with 85% accuracy
• Strong adaptability flexibility and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to understand local idioms expressions and pop-culture references is a plus

• 8-month contract
• Monthly food allowance of up to 80 based on on-site attendance
