YellowSquare Athens is looking for a dynamic Bartender. Youll be the face of our guests evenings powering their nights with great cocktails cold drinks and a high-energy vibe in our vibrant Greek location.

What youll be doing:

• The Evening Hero: Mixing cocktails serving drinks chatting with guests and keeping the energy alive behind the bar.
• Set the Vibe: Keeping the bar area clean welcoming fully stocked and ready for a busy night.
• Hostel Ambassador: Chatting with international travelers sharing local Athens night-outs tips and promoting hostel events and party nights.
• Team Player: Helping out with light reception or guest welcoming tasks during events if needed.

What you should have:

• The Craft: Experience as a Bartender/Mixologist (cocktail knowledge and a passion for hospitality are a huge plus!).
• The Schedule: Total availability for evening and night shifts.
• Team Spirit: Ability to collaborate with the entertainment reception and operations teams.
• Language Skills: High proficiency in spoken English (Greek or other languages are a huge plus!).

What we offer:

• Flexibility: Part-time contract of 24h 30h or 36h split across 6 evening shifts.
• Fixed Schedule: Always working the evening/night shift.
• Salary: 14.200 16.000 gross per year based on a full-time 40h contract pro-rated according to the agreed weekly hours/contract size.
