• Support the hiring process end to end from posting roles to coordinating with the team on next steps.
• Screen incoming applications and CVs against role requirements and shortlist promising candidates.
• Conduct initial screening calls with candidates and capture clear structured notes for the team.
• Schedule interviews and keep candidates and hiring managers aligned throughout the process.
• Ensure all candidate communication reflects the Neural Frames brand and tone.
• Take on ad hoc HR tasks as needed such as onboarding support maintaining candidate and employee records and general people operations.

• Strong communication skills and a confident friendly phone/video presence for screening calls.
• Good judgment in reviewing CVs and assessing candidates against role requirements.
• Well organized and reliable able to juggle multiple candidates and interview schedules without dropping the ball.
• Ability to work independently.
• Discretion and care when handling confidential candidate and employee information.
• Currently enrolled at a university or higher education institution ideally in business psychology HR or a related field.
• Fluent in German and English
• You live in Berlin.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with recruiting or HR tools (e.g. applicant tracking systems LinkedIn) is a plus.
• Interest in AI creative tools or the startup space.
