Working student Project Management (mwd)
Job Summary
Support the Project Management team by bridging administrative operations supply chain coordination and data analytics. This role offers hands-on experience in project reporting procurement and energy technology while building data-driven dashboards.
Your Tasks
- Project Reporting & Coordination:Consolidate data to create regular progress reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Order & Progress Management:Execute and monitor order placements within the Oskar system; assist in maintaining and updating project registers (e.g. SmartSheets).
- Data Visualization:Design and maintain interactive dashboards (using Power BI or similar) to track KPIs order status and operational efficiency.
- Information & Process Management:Manage document exchange lists at the consortium level; monitor internal and supplier submissions within document management systems.
- Action Tracking:Systematically track open items from meetings and handle the administration and follow-up of technical queries.
- Process Improvement:Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose effective simple solutions to improve team operations.
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in an engineering degree program (Electrical Engineering Energy Engineering Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or similar) at least from the 2nd semester onwards.
- Initial interest in or knowledge of energy technology or high-voltage technology.
- Supply-chain sourcing & procurement experience is also an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Power BI.
- Ability to work in a team strong communication skills and a structured way of working.
- very good English language skills. (German is an advantage)
