Working Student – Product Data & Analytics

About your tasks

• Analyze product and customer data to identify trends opportunities and actionable insights.
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau to monitor product performance and business KPIs.
• Support product experiments by preparing datasets measuring outcomes and evaluating feature performance.
• Collaborate with Product Managers Software Engineers UX Designers and AI specialists to develop data-driven product improvements.
• Explore and apply AI tools including Generative AI to improve internal processes and customer experience.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Document analyses experiment results and best practices to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

About you 

You are curious analytical and eager to learn. You enjoy working with data solving business problems and collaborating with others to turn insights into better products. 

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Business Analytics Computer Science Statistics Mathematics Artificial Intelligence or a related field.  

• You have experience analyzing data through university projects internships or personal projects.  

• You have strong analytical thinking with the ability to present data and communicate insights clearly.  

• You have experience with Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau as well as an understanding of KPIs and business metrics.  

• You have an interest in AI technologies and practical experience using tools such as ChatGPT or other Generative AI applications.  

• You have basic knowledge of Python and SQL is a plus as is familiarity with Databricks BigQuery Jira or Confluence.  

• You have Fluent English skills and having German language is a plus
