Then we might have something for you - join KWS Berlin GmbH as a Working Student (m/f/d) in Accounts Payable with Chinese.
This is apart-time position (approximately 20 hours per week). We offer a fixed-term contract of twelve months and 20hrs/week which could be increased to 38hrs/week during term break (confirmed by university)
- Support core accounts payable processes including invoice processing
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Business Units and Procurement teams
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and day-to-day administrative activities within the team
- Contribute to projects focused on automation process optimization and digitalization
- Enrolled student in the field of business administration economics finance accounting or a related field with a financial focuswithat least two semesters of studies left
- Strong interest in finance and accounting
- Nice to have: first user experience with SAP
- organized and meticulous working style paired with proactivity
- Flexible and adaptive to new tasks and challenges and
- outcome-orientated and willing to learn
- Team player with great communication skills
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English. Additional European language skills are considered a plus
- Availability to work across four days per week is preferred
