Working Student (gn) Purchasing

Then we are looking for you starting immediately as a Working Student (gn) in Purchasing at our production site near the university in Fulda.

• You support our purchasing team in day-to-day operations
• You correspond with suppliers
• You prepare requests for quotation for electronic components from our suppliers
• You maintain quotations and order confirmations in SAP
• You handle supplier complaints
• Monitoring deadlines is also part of your role

• You are preferably studying business administration or have chosen a technical focus
• Youre fluent in German and English both written and spoken at a business level
• Ideally you already have some initial practical experience in purchasing
• Very good MS Office skills (Excel PowerPoint and Word) ideally also SAP skills
• You are a team player and work independently in a structured way and reliably
• You are open-minded and show initiative
• You have a strong interest in purchasing and enjoy thinking outside the box
