We are looking for a strategic VP Head of FMCG Robotics with deep industry expertise strong customer focus and a proven ability to drive growth innovation and business transformation across the global FMCG industry.
Accountabilities:
- Strategy Thinking & Implementation:Define and drive the global vertical strategy by leveraging market customer and competitive insights to ensure sustainable growth and consistent execution across regions.
- Vertical Business Development & Growth:Own global vertical performance by driving business growth developing strategic opportunities and partnerships and identifying new areas for expansion.
- Key Account & Customer Engagement:Build and strengthen relationships with strategic customers support key opportunities and negotiations and develop joint growth strategies with Sales and Key Account Management.
- Customer Process & Industry Insight Leadership:Analyze customer processes challenges and performance drivers to develop scalable automation solutions and establish industry best practices.
- R&D Roadmap Alignment & Vertical Innovation:Ensure the product portfolio and innovation roadmap are aligned with vertical-specific market and customer needs acting as the key link between customers and product development.
- Business Planning & Performance Management:Develop and manage business plans monitor performance against targets and drive cross-functional actions to achieve financial and strategic objectives.
- Leadership & Cross-functional Alignment:Lead and align global cross-functional networks to translate strategic priorities into effective regional execution.
- Capability Building & Thought Leadership:Develop the capabilities partnerships and best practices required to succeed in the vertical while positioning the company as an industry thought leader.

- Industry Expertise: Provides deep vertical industry expertise including a strong understanding of sector-specific processes standards and competitive dynamics.
Experience & Education:
- Masters degree or equivalent in Business Engineering or a related field
- 1015 years of experience in:
- Industry-specific roles within the FMCG industry
- Business development sales strategy or product management
- International and cross-functional environments
- Proven track record in:
- Driving growth in complex global organizations
- Translating customer processes into scalable business solutions
- Influencing R&D/product roadmaps based on market needs
- Managing strategic customers or verticals
- Leading transformation or market expansion initiatives
- Strong experience in matrix leadership and influencing senior stakeholders
- Experience leading global or multi-regional initiatives (610 years for senior scope)
