- Above-average academic performance.
- Educational background in the business engineering or science field
- Prior company or consulting internships
- Strong analytical skills
- High motivation to develop new skills and grow personally
- Fluent in Business English and a second European language: particularly French German Italian or Spanish
- You have ideally completed at least your first year of your masters degree
